Refund policy

Handmade Characteristics

The products in this shop are handmade items, which may result in slight variations in the finished products, e.g. cuts, bends etc. 

Returns
You may request for a return within 7 days of delivery. However, if it is after the 7-day period, we are unable to offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in a resalable condition.

The following products are not eligible for return/exchange or refund:
- Personalized and customized orders
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads are also not eligible for returns or refunds due to the nature of the products

Return Shipping
To return your product, kindly contact us at ellemonpaperco@gmail.com for the return address.

Return/exchange shipping costs and other incidental fees are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or shipped in error. The original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Packaging
Please use a rigid mailer or box when making the return, due to the frailty of the paper goods. This is to ensure that the items will be delivered without damage, so that your return can be processed smoothly.

You may reuse the rigid mailer/box that your order came in.

Refunds Approval
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund (excluding shipping cost) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Replacement 
If a replacement is to be sent (decision made on a case-by-case basis), it will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail/Package for domestic orders and USPS First Class Package International for international orders, regardless of the service that was used to ship the original package.

If you'd like to upgrade the shipping service, please note that you will be responsible for the difference in the shipping cost.
