SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please check that your shipping address is correct BEFORE purchasing, especially if you use PayPal for your payment.
Things to note if you need to make a change in your address:
1. Contact me immediately at ellemonpaperco@gmail.com to make the change. However, I cannot guarantee that the change is possible.
2. Once your order has been fulfilled, nothing can be done to change or re-route your order.
3. You will be responsible for the cost of the incorrectly addressed packages and additional shipments.
PROCESSING TIME
Regular processing time
- 1-7 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Processing time does NOT include shipping/delivery time.
- Selecting an expedited shipping service does NOT shorten the the processing time.
*Extended processing time*
- Processing time may be extended when there is a higher volume of orders.
- The current processing time will always be posted on the announcement bar found at the top of the website.
Personalized products - Orders that include personalizations may take a few days more than usual to process.
Pre-Order Products - Please refer to the information given for the pre-order products.

Shipping Fee
Shipping fee will be calculated by weight at checkout. Tracking numbers are included.
Delivery Dates Not Guaranteed
Shipping times are in addition to processing times and are estimates provided by USPS. Please note that unexpected events like bad weather on the delivery route can delay your shipment.
Due to the current pandemic situation, there may be a delay in delivery.
In the Event of a Delay, Missing or Defective Package
Please contact your local mail carrier or post office as soon as possible for more information. They are the best people to help you with the mentioned issues and the quickest way you can receive help.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping cost is determined by dimension and weight determined by USPS.
The actual transit time may vary for origin and destination (sometimes up to 6 weeks), even though the stated delivery time is between 6 - 10 days.
Your destination country may choose to hold, examine, or delay, delivery according to their own import procedures. This is outside the control of USPS, UPS and Ellemon Paper Co. Please contact your local carrier or government agency if tracking shows a delay after arriving to your destination country.
You are also responsible for any customs/VAT tax imposed by your country.
